Five Seas by Inwood Hotels

Our stay at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes was a spontaneous booking due to a last-minute change of plans. We had no particular expectations of the hotel or its staff. This made our arrival at the hotel all the more surprising, as we were greeted with a remarkably courteous, friendly and helpful service. The staff immediately took care of our car and luggage and we checked in with a drink in the lounge. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and, although facing the street, it was quiet enough to sleep with a window open at night. The service in the hotel, from breakfast to reception, concierge and restaurant staff was unobtrusive, professional, courteous, attentive and always friendly and helpful. We have not often enjoyed this type of service in the past. Location, facilities, food and beverage are all important, but first-class staff always make the difference. This is certainly the case at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes. Chapeau and our sincere thanks go to Max, Katy, Daniel, Louise, Cedric, Paula and all the many lovely colleagues who made our stay such a special experience.

For our first trip to Cannes, Five Seas was the perfect place for us. Great location, fantastic food and an incredible room, we absolutely loved our stay with our two young kids.

We were upgraded to the executive room which is so spacious. Small plush toy gifted to my daughter and a perfume for myself. Scent of hotel lovely. Mini bar is included and both mini bar and bathroom items are replenished daily. Loved their unique red slippers, a small size provided for my daughter along with a child size robe. Location is close enough to the train station, middle of shopping and short walk to the beach. Concierge was helpful in reserving us into any restaurant of our choice. Small water bottles were provided when we left for the day. Staff did wonderful job of anticipating and attending to our needs. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night!

Super clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to all shopping, restaurants and the beach. The rooftop restaurant is also amazing. Best hotel out of all the places we stayed in compared to Paris, Aix, Saint Tropez, and Nice. I came with friends but will return with my family.
